Our students do their best when they lead healthy and active lifestyles. In response to the obesity crisis in public school youth, we offer this unique program to connect sports with various lessons on leadership, teamwork, resilience, discipline, health, fitness, community service, environmental education, and gender equality. By cultivating better physical health, our students also grow internally to develop a deeper awareness of themselves and how they fit within the world in which they live.

Traditional Sports

The Sports as a Hook (SAAH) program is offered throughout the school year in order to equip our students with the motivation and confidence necessary to alter their existing habits and make better choices at the table, in the grocery store, and in how they play.
