    Donny FaaliliuSenior Vice President of
    Leadership and Community Outreach
    Donny is charged with managing all community partnership opportunities and events. He works closely with the Director of Development and Development Manager to identify prospective donors/partners, determine cultivation strategies when appropriate and works with the Programs Team to ensure that timely donor stewardship practices are executed.

    Ben GonzalezDirector of Data Management
    Ben manages the Organization’s CitySpan student database system and oversees all programmatic data used for attendance, student/staff demographics and evaluation. He supervises a Data Team and is responsible for performance reports to local districts and state agencies. He also provides program assessment via analysis of student attendance records.

    Liz CarterDirector of Strategic Initiatives
    Liz is responsible for spearheading all organizational/national initiatives across all sites. She works closely with Program Coordinators to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and provides additional resources and or support. She additionally provides trainings for all initiatives and oversees the implementation and monitoring of initiatives.

    Elvis OchoaCreative Director
    Elvis is responsible for creating marketing and branding material for the organization from school signage to organization-wide event. He develops and expands ASAS-LA's presence through social media, newsletter, and company website by promoting company brand through these channels. Elvis works with the Director of Strategic Program Initiatives and Special Events to create and plan organization-wide events. He also works closely with the Leadership team and Program Coordinators to provide resources and support to the programs at site.

    Elgene is responsible for all Administrative Office functions including payroll and accounting for the entire organization.

    Leo GallardoDirector of Arts
    Leo oversees all aspects of the arts for the Organization including the unique program “All Star Customs”. He trains staff that implement All Star Customs at each site. He works closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives to support with marketing for all organizational events.
