Program Site Staffing

After-School All-Stars offers several opportunities for professional growth. Program positions include Program Leaders, Site Assistants, and Site Coordinators. Each position is valued and enables personal interests and expertise to be incorporated into program content.

• Program Leader – First level line staff who work directly with students.
• Site Assistant – Reports to and assists the Site Coordinator in the management of the site. May also work directly with students.
• Site Coordinator – Full time position; Manages all levels of program logistics at specific program site. Responsible for the operation of the program at the site, and is the liaison between the regular day school administration and staff.
