Program Support & Funding

After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles understands the importance of dynamic public and private partnerships for the overall well-being of program delivery and sustainability.

The organization is funded by state and federal grants through the California Department of Education and the 21st Century Community Learning Center. After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles also receives generous support from corporate sponsors, as well as private foundations and individual contributions.

Additional funding resources are provided by the organization’s active board of directors, utilizing their time and resources to help deliver the best possible after-school experience for our students and their families.

After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles has a goal of helping our schools become the central point of the neighborhoods we serve by helping build healthy and dynamic communities for our students. Over the years, partnerships with key corporations and organizations have been built. These local partners have provided much needed financial support, volunteers and resources during our after school program as well as in special program and student celebrations.

After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles is happy to announce partnerships with Bright Star Schools, ICEF Public Schools, Montbello Unified School District, Partnership Los Angeles Schools, Los Angeles Leadership Schools, Alliance for College-Ready Public Schools, Synergy Schools, Value Schools, Valor Academy, and Big Picture Schools on the California Department of Education 21st Century grant.  All-Stars will be working with 28 schools within these networks to hopefully bring dynamic and collaborative learning communities to their campuses in the 2012-2013 school year.  For more information on After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles please visit their website at www.la-allstars.org.
